琅岐经济区投资环境

公路：福厦高速公路、104国道、201省道形成便捷的公路网，到达福州区市、长乐机场均在30分钟车程内，一日行程即可到达桂、粤、浙、赣等地区。今后还将建设东绕城高速和连接马尾开发区的过江通道。

铁路：规划建设的福温铁路通过琅岐。

海港：距马尾港区20公里，松下深水港区35公里，距江阴港、可门港、罗源湾均在30分钟车程内。区内设计建设3万吨泊位码头。

空港：距长乐国际机场26公里。

供水：区内建有日供水万吨自来水厂7家，容量80万立方米的小二型水库5家。琅岐过江引水一期工程现已峻工，日供水量2万吨。

供电：建有11万伏变电站、3.5万伏变电站各1座。

通讯：中国电信、中国移动、中国联通等通讯运营网站已覆盖全区。

人才：有福建农林大学东方学院，每年可为经济区输送大批国际经济贸易、金融学、工商管理、电子商务、会计学、人力资源管理、计算机科学与技术、英语、法语、广告学等专业的高素质人才。

土地：土地平整连片，毗邻闽江主航道，拥有丰富的岸线资源，具备承载大项目的连片大面积规模用地的能力，增值潜力大。福州经济技术开发区扩区琅岐2平方公里地，落地的项目可享受国家级经济开发区的优惠政策。

Investment Environment

Direction:Fuxia high way,104state-class ways,provincial way 201 formation convenient way networks.Drive 30 minutes,get to fuzhou,the changle international airport,drive to may get to guanxi,guangdong,zhejiang,jiangxiand so on in a day.Fuzhou east round-the-city highway and link Mawei divelopment zone fault river passage will be builded.

Railway:In the plan,the Fuzhou-Wenzhou railroad will pass the langqi.

Seaport:The distance from Mawei port is 20 km from Songxia deep water port.It takes about 30 min to drive to Jiangyin port.Kemen port and Luoyuanwan Harbor respectively.A new port with a capacity of 30 thousand tons is under plan.

Airport:The distance between Langqi Economic Zone and Changle international airport is 26 km.

Water supply:There are 7 waterworks with the capacity above 10000 ton/day, and 5 reservoirs in the capacity of 800 thousand cubic maters. Langqi water introduction project across the river has just been finished, supplying 20 thousand ton water per day.

Communication:The whole area has been covered by the communication net,such as programmable control cable telephone,China mobile,China Union CDMA and broad band internet.

Human resource:Dongfang college of Fujian agriculture and forest university provide a lot of talented people in different majors,such as international econnmic trade,finance,busindww administration,electronic commerce,accounting,human resource mangagement,computer xcience and technology,English,law,advertisement,and so on.

Land:The Land is flat, next to the main watercourse of Minjiang River. It has abundant seashore resources and the ability to offer enough land to large projects. Langqi has 2 square kilometers of land. The registered projects can enjoy the preferential policies of national level economic development zones.
